Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective and efficient administration of undergraduate and further education student learning and teaching within Creative Arts.
- Provide day-to-day management and support for administrative staff working within this framework.
- Support academic decision-making by delivering accurate management information and expert guidance on academic regulations.
- Design, implement, and maintain administrative systems that align with the School’s operational needs and enhance the student experience.
- Collaborate with key colleagues across professional services to ensure deadlines are met and the student journey is well supported.
- Coordinate the School’s External Examiner processes.
- Act as the School’s administrative lead for Academic Misconduct procedures.
