Bee joined Loughborough University in 2009 from a previous career in systems programming. She has specialist knowledge in digital embroidery and textile construction / manipulation using a wide range of hand and machine techniques.
As a Technical Tutor, Bee manages the running of the Stitch and Digital Embroidery workshops, delivering primarily into the Textiles program and Textiles-related research areas.
Bee is currently studying for her PGCert in Higher Education Teaching, alongside an HEA Fellowship.
