Statement

My Doodle series are the real-time documentations of my spontaneous and unplanned thought flows. I draw all elements as they arrive from my mind to the edge of my pen, and continue doing so until the paper is completely full. Thus, I think they perfectly correspond to the proposed theme. 

Bio

Born in 1981 in Istanbul, Turkey, Ipek Yeginsu studied Political Science, Cultural Heritage Management and Social Sciences, but her interest in drawing and painting began at an early age. As a professional artist, she has participated to numerous local and international exhibitions, exploring various media including collage, painting and photography.
