Join us for an inspiring talk by Loughborough Alumnus and member of the Business School Strategic Advisory Board Rachel Cox, Chief People Officer at Low Carbon Contracts Company, as she shares insights on employability from her 20+ year career in HR.
Rachel will explore what employers are looking for from prospective employees and how to ensure your experience and skills stand out in your CV, and at interview, helping you to make make meaningful progress in your career.
Rachel has been a member of the Loughborough Business School Strategic Advisory Board since 2020. She studied at Loughborough from 1999 to 2003, graduating with a BA in International Business before pursuing a global career in Human Resources. She has experience across a range of sectors and geographies and is currently Chief People Officer of Low Carbon Contracts Company, in the renewables space.
Rachel previously held similar roles Technology-driven scale-ups, where she was responsible for the full People, Culture and Talent agenda. Prior to this, her career was spent in large global organisations including Arriva and Johnson & Johnson, where she led large-scale change and transformation projects, and held specialist roles in Talent and Reward. Rachel is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, through which she mentors other HR Professionals.
