Loughborough Business School and Black Excellence UK are once again co-hosting an afternoon of discussion and inspiring talks to celebrate Black History Month.

The theme of this year's event is ‘From leadership to legacy - building futures with purpose and pride’, combining the shared ethos of purpose-driven leadership that inspires the work of Black Excellence UK and the mission of Loughborough Business School.

Distinguished speakers, Obi James (2025 UN Women UK Delegate to the United Nations Commission on Status of Women, Leadership, Team & Inclusion Expert, iNED & GRC Committee Board Member, UAC Plc, Author of book ‘Let go leadership’), Ashiedu Joel (Councillor Leicester City Council, Non-exec director Nottinghamshire NHS Healthcare Foundation Trust, Culture Change & Inclusive Leadership) and Martin Tuuli (Professor of Operations and Project Management and Director of Academic Staffing, Loughborough Business School) will be leading the event.
