Loughborough Business School and Black Excellence UK are co-hosting an event to celebrate Black History Month.

The theme of the event is ‘From leadership to legacy - building futures with purpose and pride’ to link into the theme from last year and tie into the Business School Progress with Purpose branding.

Distinguished speakers, Obi James (2025 UN Women UK Delegate to the United Nations Commission on Status of Women, Leadership, Team & Inclusion Expert, iNED & GRC Committee Board Member, UAC Plc, Author of book ‘Let go leadership’), Ashiedu Joel (Councillor Leicester City Council, Non-exec director Nottinghamshire NHS Healthcare Foundation Trust, Culture Change & Inclusive Leadership) and Martin Tuuli (Professor of Operations and Project Management and Director of Academic Staffing, Loughborough Business School) will be leading the event.
