Student Wellbeing Drop-in Sessions

Held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am-12pm in the Bridgeman Building.

The drop-in sessions can be used to talk briefly to a Wellbeing Adviser for 10-15 minutes about your concerns. The sessions offer quick advice or guidance on mental health and wellbeing. Concerns may be to do with several things, including life events, wellbeing, financial difficulties, physical health, or injury. We can talk through what’s going on and think of a way forward together.

When you arrive, please speak to Reception to let them know you are here.
