I identify as Queer. I like that it says everything I need it to so succinctly without having to spell myself out for the benefit of other people. Being able to be myself at work means I don’t have to waste my energy hiding or pretending. I don’t have to wonder what people would think if they saw the real me because they do.

I hope that by pushing boundaries and norms and advocating for a greater understanding of gender variance I’m making it easier for other people to be themselves too.
