At Occupational Health we are working with SuperWellness who are hosting monthly sessions for us in line with their Catalyst system.

The Catalyst System offers way more than a conventional wellbeing programme. It is a blueprint for sustainable change. By uniting your people through live learning, equipping them with practical resources, and giving leaders actionable insights, you will transform your workplace culture from the inside out.

The Catalyst System is designed to:

  1. Drive organisational change by embedding values-led behaviours and inclusive practices.
  2. Embed open conversations that normalise wellbeing, inclusion, and performance discussions.
  3. Develop confident leaders who create trust and psychological safety.
  4. Attract and retain talent by positioning your organisation as an employer of choice.
