Having completed a B.A. honours degree and spent over 20 years working internationally within the airline industry in sales and marketing,  latterly as a consultant, Michelle returned to the UK to complete an M.B.A. and moved into part-time lecturing for Loughborough within the  International Business, Strategy and Innovation team.

She has been lecturing at Loughborough for 15 years now at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and her areas of expertise are International Business, Strategy and Governance. In addition, Michelle complements her role at the University acting as a management and leadership consultant for a variety of international firms.

Michelle is Programme Director for the MSc Wealth Management Programme for St. James’s Place as well as the MSc Leadership and Management Programme for the Building Societies Association.
