Allyson joined the School of Business and Economics at Loughborough University in January 2019 as a Teaching Fellow in Economics. She previously held the post of Teaching Fellow in Economics at the University of Nottingham.
She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham (UK) and an MSc Economics and BSc Economics and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (Trinidad and Tobago).
