Publishing Strategies - Advances in service research through Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Advances represent changes beyond incremental progression at both the organizational and/or individual level. However, change requires a willingness to move beyond our comfort zone. An interdisciplinary approach provides an opportunity to explore new potential directions. Moreover, it is through a collective focus that individual expertise is harnessed and strengthened. Indeed, the future of the service discipline rests on our commitment at the individual level and how we collectively contribute to the transformation of others globally.

He serves as the CTF International Fellow at the University of Karlstad, Sweden and International Fellow at the University of Namur, Belgium.
