As shown on Elsevier's SciVal citation list (containing information about the research performance of universities throughout the world), several CSM members are included among the top ten (out of 500) most cited researchers in the "business, management, and accounting" category at Loughborough University (2016-2019).

Specifically, the three CSM members within the top ten list of were - Professor Thorsten Gruber (number one), Professor Vicky M. Story (number two), and Dr James M. Crick (number ten). Collectively, their published work has examined various important issues pertaining to service-driven organisations across different industry and national contexts.
