Providing technical, demonstrating and teaching support to students in multiple computational areas mostly on Programming, Robotics, Networking, Cyber Resilience, team projects and other modules.

Responsible for maintaining relevant apparatus, specialist computational software and equipment (e.g. robots, servers) as well as provide PM, safety, health and technical support Computer Science within the school of science.

Passionate about Project Management, Tamunoemi Ockiya is a Technical Tutor in the Computer Science Department of Loughborough University.

Tamunoemi started his studies in Singapore with double honours in Information System and Software Engineering and a Computer Science MSc. from Oxford Brookes University before a 10 year career in the industry building software systems for private and public clients across several domains.

As a Technical Tutor in Loughborough University, Tamunoemi touches on that industry experience as he works with students to understand application areas of their theoretical learning. His current research interest is software project management teams and the  many factors that determine success and failures. Emphasis is on decision making, antipatterns, biases in data and processes and knowledge management.
