Profile

Alex completed his undergraduate master’s degree at Loughborough University in 2025, graduating with first class honours. Alongside this, he was awarded the MSci Finalist prize for obtaining the highest mark within his cohort.

After completing his studies, Alex has gone on to pursue a postgraduate degree studying theoretical computer science. His area of research is the field of Formal Languages, in which he is currently investigating finite state automata.

Alongside his research, Alex has also taken on work as a teaching assistant within the university. The modules he assists with include Cloud Computing, Advanced Networking, Formal Languages, and Object Oriented Programming.
