Registration for DCFS & NCMA is now open! We offer a range of registration options for students, regular attendees, and accompanying persons, with reduced rates available for early registration. Information about accommodation options is also available further down this page.

Delegates attending both events can benefit from a discounted combined registration fee. It is also possible to register for each event separately.

Both events are organised by the Department of Computer Science, and will take place back to back:

All registration fees must be paid through the official registration website.

Student registration

Student registration is open to undergraduate, master's, and PhD students. To validate student status, a proof of enrolment must be sent via email to DCFS2025@lboro.ac.uk or NCMA2025@lboro.ac.uk.

Accommodation options

Student halls

Available as an add-on (~£50 per night, per person, single room, B&B). To book, select the number of nights during registration and provide check-in/check-out dates after your name and affiliation in the registration questionnaire.

On-campus hotels

Availability is limited. To request a quote, please contact the organising committee. If you wish to choose this package (which may include both accommodation at one of the on-campus hotels and registration), do not register until you receive a confirmation email.
