Research and expertise

I am a multi-skilled structural engineering and management professional with 10 years of experience in construction supervision.

I possess excellent academic records and leadership skills. I am a structured academic professional with a strong history of positive student learning outcomes fostered through creative curriculum delivery. I initiate thought-provoking discussions to increase student participation and increase information retention.

Current research activity 

My PhD research aims to identify the main factors influencing project time performance and to investigate the relationship between non-excusable determining factors and the excusable determining factors and their impact on the project schedule. Participants can benefit by understanding the impact of these factors and their interaction with the overall project schedule.

Teaching

I contribute to learning and teaching activities across the School programmes including helping students understand topics by initiating and moderating classroom discussions.

I maintain excellent student relationships by providing supportive, helpful environments in the classroom. I have experience in planning lesson delivery through the appropriate methods and I demonstrate my ability to function effectively within a variety of team roles.
