Steve Hadley is Managing Director of Central Piling, and past Chair of industry bodies, the Federation of Piling Specialists and the Ground Forum. A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years' experience, he has led major geotechnical and foundation engineering projects while driving innovation, business growth and technical excellence. Alongside his industry leadership, Steve, who is a Loughborough University graduate, has taught at university level for two decades, bringing practical insight to engineering education. He has authored technical guidance and publications, and champions social value, mentoring, mental health and professional development to help shape a more sustainable and inclusive construction sector.
