Roles and expertise

As Impact Hub Development Officer, I manage industry and academic collaborations and maximise impact from the activities for the Centre for Postdoctoral Development in Infrastructure, Cities and Energy (C-DICE). I coordinate events, outputs and Fellowships for the Impact Hub, such as a series of face-to-face and online interdisciplinary research sandpits, conferences and showcases, dragon’s dens and hackathons. Also, I work closely with researchers and other C-DICE team members across the training and development strands of C-DICE activities.

Other expertise include; Initiating research on water governance and management in sub-Saharan Africa, Field Research design for Developing Country settings, International Development Project Administration, and Estates construction supervision.

Iniobong James “IJ” Ikpeh is the Impact Hub Development Officer for Centre for Postdoctoral Development in Infrastructure, Cities and Energy (C-DICE).

IJ has led research on regulatory compliance in water supply as well as managed projects that shaped policy implementation in water supply and housing for local communities. IJ has experience working with Researchers having led the Doctoral Representative team and served as Research Event Coordinator to support over 200 Doctoral Researchers at School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering, Loughborough University.
