Dr Jingjing Jiang

Background:

Jingjing Jiang received the B.Eng. degrees from University of Birmingham in 2010, the M.Sc. degree and the Ph.D. degree from Imperial College London in 2011 and 2016, respectively. After completing PhD, she was appointed as a Research Associate at Imperial College London. She joined Loughborough University in 2018 as a Lecturer in Intelligent Mobility and Autonomous Vehicles, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2023.

Outline of main research interests: 

Jingjing’s research expertise lies in trustworthy control design/decision making for intelligent vehicles in uncertain and dynamic environment.

Grants and contracts:

• 2023-2026 Co-I of Horizon Europe project “Digital Twin for Transformative Air Vehicle without IoT Sensors Towards Safer Skies”.
• 2021 – 2022 PI of the IUK project “Integration of UAV with UGV in Agricultural Scenarios”.
• 2019-2022 Co-I of IUK project “Virtual Vehicle Integration and Development”.
