Book your place on the Alumni Reunion Weekend 2026

You can book your place using our online booking form.

Choose your activities

When you click through to the form, you will see all of the activities available to you. Please select each of the activities you would like to book. In some timeslots, you will have several options to choose from; please select one option only per person. All of the activities are optional so that you can build the weekend that you want!

For online bookings, you will be able to book up to ten places per activity. Online bookings can be paid for by card. 

Bring your family

The reunion weekend is accessible to families. We have indicated the most suitable activities for families and children and under 12s go free! Please book a space for your child when you complete your booking.

Telephone booking and support

If you need support with your booking, or to book over the phone, please get in touch via alumni@lboro.ac.uk or events@lboro.ac.uk. You can also telephone 01509 228497. Please note that we cannot accept payment over the phone and offline bookings should be paid for by cheque, made payable to Loughborough University.  

Book your place

If you are attending the reunion as a group – big or small – let us know! We can arrange to get a group photograph taken, and we’d love to chat with you to hear more about your group. 

If you are coming as a group, up to ten tickets can be purchased per booking and we will ask for the name of each guest. 

You are welcome to build your own activities in to the weekend and to join the rest of the reunion wherever you see fit.  

If you’re looking to track down peers, please let us know names and any details that you may have by emailing alumni@lboro.ac.uk. If we have contact details for your peers, we can contact them with a message on your behalf.

If you are attending the weekend on your own, there will be plenty of opportunities to network and make new connections. We are also offering a buddy system with our Alumni Advisory Board (AAB). Let us know if you would like to meet a member of the AAB by selecting the buddy option on the booking form.

Photography

Photography will take place throughout the weekend and particularly on Saturday. It’s a great chance to get a professional photo taken with your friends as a memento! Photographs will be shared online the week after the reunion. If you wish to be excluded from photography, please indicate this in your booking or let us know nearer the time.

Your #LboroMemories

During the reunion, we would love to share your memories of your time at Loughborough. Please feel free to bring along your photographs to share. If you have any items or memorabilia that you would like to bring, please let us know first, so we can make sure that we have a space where you can show your item.
