Caspar received his BA in English and Drama from Loughborough University in 2021, and his MA in Creative Writing and the Writing Industries in 2022.

Caspar has poems published in various places, most notably in Magma Poetry 84: Physics, Strix Magazine Issue 10, and the Space Cat Press anthology Bark and Bone.

He writes on a variety of themes, including science poetry.

Caspar Wort is researching differences in engagement with contemporary poems with variation in who is speaking and to whom they speak.

His research uses questionnaires to gauge how readers perceive the speaker and implied reader of a range of poems, both from collections published since 2019, and with his own poems written for a specific response.
