Business and Economics International bursary and scholarships

If you’re planning on studying a taught programme which belongs to our Business and Economics department you may be eligible for a bursary or a scholarship. More information can be found below.

Information for entry in 2017/18

School of Business and Economics International Scholarships

Eligible programme

MSc Finance, MSc Corporate Finance, MSc Finance and Investment, MSc Banking and Finance, MSc Economics and Finance, MSc Economics and International Business, MSc Work Psychology, MSc Business Psychology, MSc Business Analytics Consulting, MSc Economics and Business Strategy, MSc Human Resource Management, MSc Employment Relations and Human Resource Management.

Amount

40% of tuition fees, which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.

Criteria and eligibility

A limited number of scholarships are available. Self-funding students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, normally at first class degree level with at least 73% or overseas equivalent, will be considered on an individual basis.

Application procedure

You will automatically be considered for a scholarship on the basis of your application and final result. No separate scholarship application is required.

School of Business and Economics Scholarships

Eligible programme

All postgraduate taught programmes within the School of Business and Economics

Amount

25% of tuition fees which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.

Criteria and eligibility

Self-funding students who obtain a first class degree or international equivalent.

Students taking a degree in China must achieve:

University rank 1 - 40 Final degree mark of 85% or above
University rank 41 - 150 Final degree mark of 86% or above
University rank 151 - 250 Final degree mark of 88% or above
University rank 251 - 350 Final degree mark of 90% or above

Application procedure

You will automatically be considered for a scholarship on the basis of your application and final result. No separate scholarship application is required.

Loughborough University International Alumni Bursary

Eligible programme

All postgraduate programmes

Amount

20% of the tuition fee, which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.

Bursaries are awarded to all self-funding international postgraduate students who obtained their first degree from Loughborough University and are not in receipt of any other University award.

This is for students undertaking the Loughborough MBA.
