  • Blocks A, B & C – rooms off a central spiral stairway with 4 ft beds 
  • Blocks D & E arranged around a central corridor with single beds 
  • Block F - en-suite rooms with 4 ft beds (8 students share kitchenette)

  • Catered Monday - Friday (10 meals per week, breakfast and evening meal)

Accommodation packages

All rooms offered on a 41 week let (plus additional fee for fresher’s week).

  • £6,669.10 (£159.33 per week) - Standard (211 beds)
  • £7,057.53 (£168.61 per week) - Standard, 4ft bed (95 beds)
  • £8,906.78 (£212.79 per week) - En-suite, 4ft bed (56 beds)

All fees above include utilities, wired and wireless network, housekeeping service, out of hours Warden Service, Endsleigh insurance policy cover and hall activities.

Please note: If you are a returning student to halls, you will have a 41 week let contract, but only be charged for 39 weeks, meaning you get to enjoy two weeks in halls for free.

Hall committee

The Student Hall Committee are on hand to offer support to the hall community. The committees are elected annually and are run by students for students.

Move out dates for 2023/24: For all students currently living in David Collett during the 23/24 academic year, your let length will end on 29 June 2024 and you will need to move out by 10am on 29 June 2024.
