Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology (CREST)

Distance Learning with CREST

student working at lap top

CREST's distance learning MSc is at the forefront of innovative teaching and technological advancements in Renewable Energy Systems Technology.

This bespoke MSc adaption in Renewable Energy Systems Technology, launched in 2002 due to significant investment from EPSRC, offers students flexibility in a course that remains at the leading edge of research owing to continual investment from the school.

Our course reflects CREST's broad and innovative research portfolio, which continues to grow representative of the rapidly expanding renewable energy industry.

This enables our students to gain the most up-to-date technical and practical knowledge needed to make our students highly attractive to employers worldwide.

For students who are unable to attend a full time course, distance learning offers them the opportunity to have flexibility in place, pace and mode. These students benefit further, by also gaining access to the same accredited MSc award as our, full-time students.

October 2017 entry now available - Application deadline date is 18 August 2017.

In the first instance please contact Jenny Evans, the Distance Learning Administrator if you have any questions.
