Of the students who took the survey in the Chemistry department 97% said they were satisfied with their course.
Loughborough University overall has been ranked the top university in England for overall Satisfaction in this year's NSS and 6th in the UK.
The NSS survey is undertaken by students who are asked about their honest feedback about what it's like to study at their institution and to rank their overall satisfaction for their university.
