Design and Technology prizes

Loughborough University Development Trust Prizes

A prize to the value of £50, to be awarded annually to an exceptional 1st year student, who the department judges to have made either a significant contribution to the department, the community or has made a significant improvement in their academic performance despite significant difficulties.

A prize to the value of £75, to be awarded annually to an exceptional 2nd year student, who the department judges to have made either a significant contribution to the department, the community or to have made a significant improvement in academic performance despite significant difficulties.

This prize is funded through the The Development Trust.  The Trust exists to support the University in giving students an outstanding quality of educational experience.  It raises funds from former students and other friends of the University. Their generosity has made this prize possible.

Department of Design and Technology Prize for Innovation

Three prizes (first place £250, second place £100 and third place £50) to be awarded annually to final year students in Design and Technology whose major projects demonstrate the greatest level of innovation and commercial potential.


 

Ergonomics (Human Sciences) prizes

Ergonomics Prize for Academic Excellence

Prizes to the value of £100 to be awarded to the students with the highest overall mark in each year of the Ergonomics undergraduate programme.

Psychology with Ergonomics Prize for Academic Excellence

Prizes to the value of £100 to be awarded to the students with the highest overall mark in each year of the Psychology with Ergonomics undergraduate programme.

 

Final Year Prizes
