As part of my degree, I had the opportunity to undertake a year-long work placement. I went to Liverpool to work in Policy for HMRC. It was incredible to be in a completely different city for 12 months and take a study break before my final year. The job has certainly enhanced my CV as I head into the very competitive graduate job market.

The teaching and facilities at Loughborough are excellent. The new Morag Bell Building is a great place to study. It is away from the busy parts of campus and your lecturers are close by.

The Students’ Union is amazing – I’ve not seen one like it on any other university campus. Having all the food outlets, pubs and clubs available in one building makes it feel special. I made so memories there.
