My confidence and academic ability have grown tremendously thanks to the positive experiences and friendships I’ve made at Loughborough University. My advice is to say yes to opportunities and not be afraid to try something new, even if you don’t know anyone. It’s the best way to meet people and will be 100% worth it.
You really get pulled into the ‘Loughborough bubble’ and become fully immersed in University life. While the town may be small, the campus, nightlife and surrounding areas offer plenty of fun things to do, creating a lively and engaging student experience. I particularly love the campus atmosphere and the events that take place, which bring everyone together to support those involved. Being at Loughborough has allowed me to find an amazing community of people, making my time here truly special.
