My master’s offered an optional placement. I joined a postgraduate internship programme as a Stakeholder Manager for a UK skincare company. I worked on electronic direct mail (EDM) and key opinion leaders (KOL) marketing to boost the company’s sales, engagement and social media followers. This experience enhanced my skillset and CV – strengthening my international background and competitiveness in the job market.
When I graduated with my master’s degree, I secured a PR role in a large corporation where international insight is highly valued. My time at Loughborough taught me to set clear goals and use the degree – not just as a qualification but as a step toward personal growth and cultivating bolder ambitions.
