I chose to pursue my PhD at Loughborough University due to its renowned expertise in sustainable hydrogen research, state-of-the-art facilities, and its strong reputation for fostering innovation and collaboration in engineering.

I have found the interdisciplinary approach of the course particularly useful, especially the integration of life cycle assessment (LCA), techno-economic analysis (TEA), and sustainability evaluation analysis (SEA).

These elements, alongside opportunities to validate experimental processes through advanced simulation techniques, have been invaluable for my research on green hydrogen production from waste.
