Business
This box aims to bring out students’ inner-entrepreneur by tasking them with creating a mock eatery for their local area. Participants will develop an understanding of how to develop all elements of a business case, exploring the strategies required to ensure a successful business. This session is supported with a real-life case study from Loughborough Alumnus Rafaelle Russo, owner of Peter Pizzeria, who offers advice and guidance throughout the activity.
