Right to Cancel Policy
If for any reason you change your mind about joining us after you have accepted your offer, you have a legal right to cancel your acceptance of the offer within 14 days under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date we receive your acceptance. Full details about this cancellation right are outlined in the Terms and Conditions of Study.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must complete our online form available below. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to indicate your desire to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Once 14 days have passed you can still choose to cancel your acceptance of a place to study, but this is then not subject to the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Please note that if you have applied for an undergraduate course via UCAS there are UCAS regulations that both the University and applicants need to take into account when making any changes to an application to study. The UCAS website has guidance on ‘Making Changes’ and any actions you need to make or be aware of. Please ensure that you refer to the UCAS website for further advice www.ucas.com. Nothing in these regulations will remove your right to cancel under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013.
