We aim to embed equality of opportunity and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in all aspects of student life and our strategic aim for Education and Student Experience includes specific opportunities for:

Improving the accessibility and inclusivity of our educational experience through a comprehensive review of curricula, an overhaul of approaches to assessment, and the use of innovative teaching methods

Student Journey

From working with schools providing an introduction to higher education, to facilitating on-course success for our current undergraduates, access and participation at the university embodies a wide range of activities and initiatives:

Successful transition into and through Loughborough is an essential part of the journey towards personal and academic success. These are exciting times, but they can also be challenging, so through our Student Success Academy we provide specific support for our students at key transition points which include starting at the university, moving between years or placement and progressing into employment.
