Work Opportunities Projects Officer (International)

 

Bachelor of Architecture, Associate Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching (AOMAC), Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

Sahar’s role is to support Careers Network’s international work experience and opportunity activity to maximise the student experience and graduate outcomes. She supports our international students to provide them meaningful work-based learning opportunities both within and outside the UK, as well home students looking to gain valuable work experience abroad.

Sahar joined Careers Network in 2023 bringing with her experience of working within an HE environment with both employers and students. Previously she has worked at the University of Derby as a project coordinator, delivering services to local SMEs to support their productivity and innovation. She has experience helping businesses with a tailored recruitment service, including promoting their vacancies and recruiting graduates and has worked as a project manager in the construction industry. She has a keen interest in developing relationships across different sectors and ensuring a high level of service is provided.
