BA (Hons) Photography, ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management, Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

Fliss’s role is to lead on the development and delivery of employer careers fairs and events, and support employers in their student engagement activities. She also contributes directly to business development activity to expand the range of placement and graduate opportunities for students and graduates.

Fliss joined Careers Network in 2018 having previously worked in placements in both Loughborough Business School and the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering. Since working in Careers Network she has undertaken a number of different roles including Events and Employer Engagement, Work and Opportunities and Widening Participation. She moved into her current role as Events Coordinator in December 2021.
