Syra’s role is to support the delivery, coordination and operational effectiveness of the Student Enterprise Team. She helps students and graduates develop entrepreneurial skills, engage with enterprise activities, and access funding and development opportunities. She contributes to project administration, targeted communications, data analysis, event delivery and operational processes that enhance student experience and support improved graduate outcomes.
Syra joined Careers Network in 2025, bringing experience of consulting, operations and student-focused roles. At North Highland and Hitachi Digital Services, she supported transformation projects through data analysis, process mapping, PMO tasks and stakeholder engagement. Her work with Switch Up Nottingham strengthened her analytical capabilities and mentoring experience while contributing to operational improvements within the charity. Additional roles in retail leadership, business operations and corporate environments provided experience managing teams, delivering customer-focused support and coordinating projects. Together, these experiences have built a strong foundation in communication, organisation and service delivery that she now applies within the Student Enterprise Team.
