Gurupma Singh

I was studying mechanical engineering when at university and never thought I could run my own business until I went to my first LEN session. I was introduced to a lot of new business concepts that took me out of my comfort zone but also found really interesting. Very shortly after that, I started leading my own project which gave me the skills and confidence to try out my own business.

Two years later after graduating, I'm now running my own business, I have hired my first full-time employee and our business is growing from strength to strength. None of it would have been possible without the support that LEN gave me at university.

Current role/business: Founder @ G Team Academy

Top topic of support / what I thrive best with: Business Validation, Monetisation and Unit Economics, and Team Leadership.
