BA (Hons) Business Management, NVQ 4 Advice and Guidance, ILM 5 Leadership and Management, Associate Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching (AOMAC), Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

Nilesh leads the Success and Outcomes Team overseeing the Student Success Academy, Graduate Outcomes activity, and Careers Network’s contributions to APP initiatives and the TEF. His work focuses on strengthening student success, supporting underrepresented groups, and improving progression into positive graduate destinations. With extensive experience in project leadership, service development and data-informed practice, Nilesh is committed to delivering inclusive, high-impact support that enables students to thrive and succeed.

Nilesh joined Loughborough in 2017 as a Careers Consultant, supporting the Loughborough Business School and leading on careers provision for international students. He has since held roles including Careers Consultant Team Leader, Personal Best Manager and Careers Projects Manager. In these positions he led major initiatives such as Personal Best, Ready Set Loughborough, the Early-Stage Career Development Programme and the University’s marquee employer careers events.
