Kelly Bramley

Success Coach

 

Associate Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching (AOMAC), Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

As a Success Coach Kelly supports students to achieve their personal, academic, and career goals. Her role focuses on providing tailored coaching and skills development to help students build confidence, resilience, and academic skills throughout their university journey.

As part of the Success and Outcomes Team, Kelly designs and delivers programmes that enhance the student experience and improve graduate outcomes, specifically leading on Dissertation Writing Retreats. She supports students through one-to-one coaching, group sessions and workshops linked to the Personal Best programme, and other key initiatives aimed at helping students achieve their potential.

Kelly joined Careers Network in October 2021 as a Placements Officer supporting students in the School of Design and Creative Arts (SDCA) and the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences (SSEHS), before becoming a Work and Opportunities Officer in October 2023. She began her Loughborough career in 2016, holding roles within Placement and Study Exchanges, Programme Administration, and the Student Accommodation Centre.
