BA (Hons) Sociology, ILM Level 3 Coaching, Associate Organisational Member of the  Association for Coaching (AOMAC), Member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS).

Hemisha provides 1:1 coaching, in person and virtually, to help students achieve academic success, working with them to increase their motivation and develop independent learning strategies to reach their full potential.  She specialises in supporting students from under-represented backgrounds with over 8 years’ experience of supporting students of Black and South Asian heritage.

Hemisha creates bespoke training and workshops based on lived experience and identity. She also leads on brokering exclusive opportunities for these students with employers and partners to enable student development and growth.

Hemisha joined Loughborough University in 2011 and has undertaken a variety of roles within Careers Network, joining the Student Success Academy in 2020.
