NVQ 4 Advice and Guidance, Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector. Associate Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching (AOMAC), Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

Heena’s role as Success and Outcomes Project Officer focuses on leading projects related to graduate outcomes, aimed at maximising success for students and graduates in employment, entrepreneurship, and further study. Heena works closely with data, analysing it closely and using the information to implement targeted communications and initiatives. Additionally, she supports the broader delivery of Personal Best and the Student Success Academy to improve student opportunities and overall graduate success.

Heena previously worked as a Careers Project Officer with the Personal Best team, where she led the Early Futures initiative for Part A and Part B students. She joined Careers Network in 2022 and has eight years of experience from Loughborough College, primarily in Further Education (FE), supporting student development.
