Success and Outcomes Associate

 

BA (Hons) Fine Art, Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

Atlas work within the Success and Outcome team, supporting students and graduates across projects aimed at maximising success in employment, entrepreneurship, and further study. He uses a data-driven approach to evaluate outcomes and deliver targeted communications and initiatives that promote available support and improve results. He also contributes to wider Careers Network projects, including the Student Success Academy, Graduate Outcomes and Access and Participation (APP), helping to enhance student opportunities and overall graduate success.

Atlas joined Careers Network in 2025, having previously worked as a student representative at Loughborough Students' Union. He has experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and engaging students from under-represented backgrounds, as well as providing student wellbeing support.
