Staff will be answering calls on the usual numbers, responding to emails, and making appointments with our Service Advisers who will be conducting appointments remotely, by email, telephone or Microsoft Teams (face-to-face).
You can request your preferred appointment type when booking your appointment.
- You will receive an email notification from an Adviser with the scheduled date and time of your appointment.
- In the email invite, a 'Join Microsofts Team Link' should appear which you can click to join the appointment.
- You will be given the option of opening the link with the Microsoft Teams app or a web browser. Please ensure that you always use a web browser, do not download the Microsoft Teams desktop app. We would recommend you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Once you have clicked the link, you’ll be taken through to the video call screen. Here you can set up whether your camera is turned on or off and whether your microphone is muted.
