For staff only.

3:30pm-4:30pm. Please arrive by 3:20pm to set up and get comfortable.

There are 3 sound healing sessions planned:

  • 25th June

Due to the popularity of this session, please indicate your first and second preference on the booking form. If spaces for additional session become available, we will advertise the opportunity to sign up. 

Please note that participants are required to bring their own yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye-pillows and other comfortable items to support warmth, relaxation, and rest. 

PLEASE READ: Singing Bowl Sound Baths are not recommended during the first and last trimester of pregnancy or if you have a pacemaker or have had surgery in the past month. They may not be suitable for people who have metal implants (not including dental fillings), are sensitive to sounds, including Tinnitus and Meniere's, have some forms of Epilepsy and seizures, and have some mental health issues. Please contact us if you have any questions.
