This solo, autobiographical performance is a heartfelt, one-woman, personal story of migration and self-discovery.

Weaving together her own experiences of migration from Hong Kong to the UK with those of her father who settled in Hong Kong after fleeing political turmoil in south China in 1950s,  playwright, actor, teacher, writer and researcher, Phoebe Chan explores the struggles and discoveries that come with starting anew.

With evocative storytelling, Chan weaves together narratives of displacement, adaptation and the small moments that shape our sense of identity and belonging.

Whether you have lived the immigrant journey or are simply drawn to stories of resilience and identity, this performance invites you into a world of reflection, connections, and the search for meaning and home.

Performed in English. Duration one hour; followed by discussion.

Refreshments available. Free to attend.

Performances (including post-performance discussion) at 1:00pm & 3:30pm
