Chaplaincy invites staff to a new wellbeing session to help relax and prepare you for the winter break. Whether you’ve participated in a sound healing/bath session before or not, you are welcome.

Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healing as a practice can help tune your mind, body, and spirit in a harmonious state where one can experience inner peace and joy. People who have experienced the Singing Bowls healing usually share that it instantly helps to improve their sleep, reduce stress, and calm their minds. They said that they feel more grounded and/or are more aware of the needs of their body and mind.

The session will begin with a short, seated meditation followed by 45 minutes of lying down. Please ensure that you read the joining instructions prior to registration as sound healing is not suitable for various health and medical conditions.

To prepare for this session you will need:

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket
  • Pillow or cushion for your head
  • Eye-pillow or eye mask (optional)
  • Comfortable clothing (recommended)

There are 16 spaces available for this session, once full you will be placed on a waiting list.
