We offer a range of graduate and internship programmes across three key areas; Investment Banking, Global Markets and Corporate Infrastructure (Technology & Risk).
Internship opportunities include our spring week programmes, Explore Nomura and Women’s Immersion; a 9 week summer internship in London; or a 3-6 month internship in one of our regional offices. Internships are the perfect preparation for a subsequent full time role. Nomura will extend full time offers to strong performers to return to the company the following year. To apply for an internship position with Nomura in 2021, candidates should be available for full time employment by July 2022.
The recruitment process consists of a first round telephone interview with a junior business representative. If successful, the final round consists of either a case study or group exercise and competency based interviews with senior representatives.
