Early Careers Opportunities
We are proud to offer a wide range of 12-month industrial placement opportunities each year to undergraduate students between the second and final year of a relevant degree course.
We also offer 12-week summer internships within engineering as we recognise not all degrees include a placement year, so this allows students to still gain valuable experience.
Graduate opportunities are available across a range of functions including two-year rotational programmes in Finance and Sales & Marketing plus we also encourage conversions of our successful placement students into graduate hires (hiring volumes dependent).
Although we are in the engineering industry our opportunities are not just limited to aspiring engineers. We also recruit into Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT, Sales, Purchasing, Health & Safety amongst other functions.

How do we select?
You will need to complete a simple online application and attach a copy of your CV. If you are successful at the application stage, you will be invited to complete psychometric testing. The next stage is an interview with the hiring manager or an assessment centre, dependent on the role.
At each stage you will have a dedicated recruiter guiding you through the process.
