Spaces to study on campus

There are a variety of spaces to choose from - in addition to the main spaces listed below, check out the searchable list across campus.

Library Study Spaces

The Library is the largest open access study area on the Loughborough campus with almost 1400 seats, 250 PCs, a cafe and has extensive opening hours. There are a variety of study environments to suit all types of learner, including bookable study rooms and it is staffed throughout its opening hours.

Campus computers

Computer labs are managed by IT Services, and there are several that can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These are accessible to all students. School-managed labs have restricted access and are only available to those who belong to the specific school/department.

London campus

The London campus has a range of state of the art facilities to support students studying at our Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park campus.

Formal teaching spaces

When our teaching spaces are not booked for lectures and seminars, students are welcome to use the spaces for studying in groups or individually. Most spaces will have the timetable of the room outside so you will see when it is free to use.
