I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. I then completed a Master of Science in Nutrition and Healthy Ageing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
In 2026, I joined Loughborough University as a Doctor of Philosophy student in Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences. My research interests include digital health, artificial intelligence, obesity prevention, and weight management.
I am particularly interested in applying digital and artificial intelligence-driven approaches to develop scalable, personalised interventions that support healthy ageing, weight control, and metabolic health. My broader goal is to bridge nutrition science and technology to improve long-term health outcomes in diverse populations.
